Our Story
Founded in 2014 by Benoît Verdet and Bruno de Saint-Exupéry, our agency PRESTANT is the result of two decades of passionate commitment to high-end real estate. With 20 years of experience within prestigious real estate firms, our founders felt the need to challenge the status quo and offer a more relevant and enriched customer experience, aligned with the digital evolution of our time. Benoît Verdet, of Provençal and Gascon origin, and Bruno de Saint-Exupéry, originally from Périgord, chose to dedicate themselves to the development of the PRESTANT group. Together, Benoît and Bruno bring a unique approach to PRESTANT, emphasizing the refinement of each region and offering exceptional properties that tell the most beautiful local stories. Their mission is to provide outstanding service to a discerning clientele, with customer experience placed at the heart of their priorities.
